Contribution to JSPHO

The Japanese Society of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology (JSPHO) was organized in 2011, because of a merger between the Japanese Society of Pediatric Hematology (JSPH) and the Japanese Society of Pediatric Cancer (JSPC), to contribute to the advancement of pediatric hematology and oncology in Japan by promoting academic and outreach activities and operating an accreditation program for specialists. As of January 2015, the membership of the society has reached 2,098.

JSPHO is currently conducting various academic activities to support children with hematologic and oncologic disorders. In recent years, medical staff and family of the patients are actively involved in the activities of JSPHO.

Activities operated by JSPHO are supported by membership dues and contributions from supporters. The society solicits contributions from supporters.
